Chromium-free (environmentally friendly) Dacromet (ie zinc-aluminum coating) is a new surface treatment technology specially developed in Europe and America, including Japan. It does not use dangerous solvents in coatings and does not contain toxic metals (such as nickel and lead). Mercury, antimony, and chromium are completely non-sticky, do not contain any chromium in their coatings and coatings, neither hexavalent chromium nor trivalent chromium, fully meet the requirements of the United States and the European Union, in the surface treatment In the process, the clean production is realized without compromise. It is a kind of environmentally friendly and practical technology in the true sense, and it is also the most advanced technology that gradually replaces ordinary Dacromet.
Initiated by the China Surface Engineering Association Special Coatings Professional Committee, our company was invited to participate in the review of the industry group standard "Technical Conditions for Zinc-Aluminum Coatings". The "Technical Conditions" belong to the highest standard in the industry, and its nature is equivalent to the national standard, or it may become the new national standard (the zinc-aluminum coating currently has no national standard). As a pioneer and practitioner of Dacromet industry, our company has accumulated a lot of experience in the actual production process of zinc-aluminum coating for many years. In this drafting and formulation process, we actively fulfilled the duties of establishing standards and put forward many constructive Recommendations, and as co-developed units will be included in the preface to the technical standards.
It is reported that the "Technical Conditions for Zinc-Aluminum Coatings" will be promulgated and implemented by the higher authorities around mid-November this year.
